“You will absolutely fall in love with these quaint gems located conveniently on the Lee/Epping border. Some friends and I enjoyed a long weekend at the villas. The community vibe the villas gives is a unique experience and offers “out siders” a taste for life in NH. Enjoy a fire at night, I suggest stopping next door for some of their wine (La Crescent is a must) to enjoy with some late night snacks… I loved the relationship with the Flag Hill vineyard next door. Great place for a stay-cation, bridal party, or for those traveling to the area.”
“I recently had the privilege of embarking on a three-month stay at this extraordinary establishment, and I am absolutely thrilled to share my delightful experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, this place consistently exceeded my expectations in every possible way. First and foremost, the accommodations were simply exceptional. The rooms were tastefully designed, exuding elegance and comfort. The attention to detail was remarkable, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. I found myself feeling completely at ease, as if I were nestled in a home away from home. The management's commitment to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience was evident at every turn. They were quick to address any concerns or inquiries, making me feel valued as a guest. Their commitment to maintaining high standards was evident in every interaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay. My heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their tireless efforts in creating an extraordinary experience.”
“I stayed at Rivercrest Villas while attending a friend’s wedding, and it was such a fantastic experience! The villas were clean, stylish, and super comfortable — perfect for a weekend getaway. The wedding party had an amazing time, and the space made it easy for everyone to gather and celebrate. Kristen was a great manager and went out of her way to make sure our entire group had the best stay possible. I’d love to come back again in the future. A few small suggestions that could make an already great place even better: It would be nice to have actual glasses for drinks along with the standard cups A hand towel bar in the bathroom would be a simple but helpful touch. The Wi-Fi worked fine, but a stronger setup (something like UniFi access points) could really improve the connection for streaming or working remotely. It might be helpful to name each villa (e.g., Villa 9, Villa 10) to make it easier to navigate and connect to the right devices. I started to play my show on another one of my friends TV is was a funny thing to happen! Nothing major — just little things that would add polish. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and a great spot to celebrate such a special occasion!”
“We stayed at the villas last weekend, this place is a hidden gem! The weather was beautiful, and the fresh spring air made for a refreshing couple of days. The units themselves are adorable, with a cozy and modern aesthetic and plenty of amenities. The bed was comfortable, as was the pull out couch, and there was a television and a mini fridge too. Taking a hot shower, sleeping in climate controlled comfort, and then waking up to the New Hampshire woods makes for a luxurious getaway. Our stay at the villas was a great experience!”
“Cabins are cute but small. The firepits outside are nice and they provide ample wood. Not bad for a couple yet away. The description says it can accommodate 4 adults but that's misleading. It can hold 2 comfortably. Also, they leave you a s'more pack in the room, then charge you for it without telling you they're going to charge you for it. Seemed rather disengenious The location on the vineyard is nice.”
“Super cozy and cute villas! My wife and I were married at Flag Hill next door and were excited to finally come stay over and celebrate our anniversary. Quick walk (or drive) over to the winery for tastings, with other restaurants and activities in the area. The rooms were welcoming, clean and just pleasant to be in. We can’t wait to come back and will likely make it an annual stay for our anniversary. Thank you!”
“I stayed at these villas the past couple nights. They are very clean and well designed. The area itself is very quiet but is close to Exeter and Portsmouth. There is also an ice cream shop on the property(open til 8 pm), with really good ice cream. I would definitely recommend staying here.”
“Overall, I was very pleased with my stay in one of the villas. I was there for a wedding weekend and was there for 2 evenings. The bed was very comfortable and the villa was very clean. The quarters were very tight, and I would have appreciated more counter space in the bathroom. The water was hot with good pressure, and the AC was very powerful. Loved having access to a fire pit as well.”
